Simon Dale

Managing Director, Southeast Asia & Korea, Adobe

A respected leader in the industry, Simon has over three decades of professional experience in the technology sector, including twenty years in Asia Pacific. His career has spanned software development, sales management, and executive leadership at both start-ups and large corporations. Prior to Adobe, Simon held senior roles at MapR and SAP where he established and scaled new businesses across the region, and gained deep and practical understanding of the software and cloud services business.

Since February 2022, Simon has extended his leadership to the Korean market to drive Adobe’s Korea and SEA businesses across Adobe Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.

Simon currently chairs the ASEAN committee on the board of the US-ASEAN Business Council, and sits on the advisory board of the Nanyang Polytechnic School of IT. He is an active mentor and angel investor in multiple start-ups, and also a mentor and coach to early talent through Mentorshub.

Matt Holst

Director, Asia Digital Experience, Adobe

Matt Holst is Adobe’s Marketing Director for Asia, leading Digital Experience Marketing across South-East Asia, Korea and Greater China. As a dynamic leader and expert in data-driven marketing, he is passionate about driving digital transformation within Adobe and among its customers.

Over the past 12 years, Matt has built seven APAC Marketing Centres of Excellence (CoE) that have transformed marketing processes, delivery and outcomes at Adobe and Dell. Having held senior roles focused on buying, selling and using enterprise martech solutions, Matt has unique insights across the marketing value chain.

Matt is a growth architect and a leader who enjoys solving complex problems, specialises in operational excellence and helps organisations unlock potential and accelerate their vision. He is known for mobilising organisational capabilities through best-in-class digital experiences, unleashing the power of people and ideas, and harnessing the precision and productivity of data data-driven operating models.
