AI Experiments Are Everywhere.
Operational Impact Isn’t.
Executive Breakout Co-Hosted with Screendragon

Event Concluded | Meeting Room 9+10 (Level 1), Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre Amsterdam

This is part of The MarTech Summit Amsterdam 2026

What We Will Discuss

Join an exclusive, closed-door roundtable exploring how AI experimentation is now everywhere in marketing, but too often happening in the wrong places. Teams are adopting standalone tools and agents to accelerate individual tasks such as writing copy, generating assets, and automating one-off activities. The result? Individuals may get faster, but the system does not and in some cases, speed at the individual level can even create new bottlenecks across workflows.

This session moves beyond theory by using real-world company examples as the lens for discussion. We will take you inside two organisations and unpack how they tackled the challenge of moving from fragmented AI experimentation to improving how work actually flows across the marketing system.

What you will learn during the event:

– Why widespread AI experimentation often fails to deliver real operational impact
– The difference between accelerating individual tasks vs transforming end-to-end workflows
– How disconnected AI tools and agents can create new operational bottlenecks
– What it takes to redesign marketing for system-level efficiency
– Real-world approaches used by leading organisations to improve marketing workstreams at scale
– How to move from experimentation to measurable operational and business outcomes through AI-enabled workflows

The main-stage session running at the same time as this breakout will be recorded, so you won’t miss any content on the stage.
