Could you please give us a quick introduction of yourself?

I’m Migs Bravo Dutt, a passionate insights and innovations professional. I’m also an author published by Penguin Random House SEA.


Why did you choose to participate in this summit?

I’d attended the MarTech summit last year and I found the sessions informative and helpful. This year, the topic is even more relevant to me, and so I’m hoping to learn more from my fellow professionals about their experiences in this area.


In the competitive beverage industry, how does customer intelligence contribute to brand differentiation and long-term customer loyalty?

Understanding what matters most to consumers and customers is crucial for meaningful engagement. Anchoring differentiation on attributes that truly resonate ensures that a brand stands out and builds lasting connections with its audience.


From your experience, what are the most critical data points businesses should focus on to enhance personalised customer engagement?

It’s crucial to get an updated understanding of customer needs and pain points so that we can design and deploy initiatives that are truly relevant to them. I highlighted the updated because today’s landscape is fast-evolving, so it’s important to get a grip of what’s current and timely.


What upcoming developments in your industry are you most eager to explore?

I’d continue looking into the changing consumer preferences driven by young consumers, specifically Gen Z. And how much AI will affect consumer connection going forward.
