I am Yili Luo, General Manager of ShareCRM’s Hong Kong office, where I lead a dedicated team of marketing, pre-sales, sales, and implementation experts. Since introducing ShareCRM to the Hong Kong market, I have spearheaded a dual-strategy approach that combines direct sales with channel partnerships to maximise our reach and impact. Through targeted marketing initiatives—including local event participation, exhibitions, and high-profile collaborations, such as our KMB bus banner campaign—we have successfully established ShareCRM as a trusted solution in the region.
With over 10 years of experience in the CRM industry, I am deeply passionate about helping businesses optimize their customer relationships.
