The summit featured a well-rounded agenda, covering a wide range of critical MarTech topics. Speakers delivered practical insights through various formats—keynotes, panel discussions, fireside chats, workshop and in-summit roundtables—driven by over 100 thought-provoking questions from our highly engaged audience.

Meanwhile, our on-site team facilitated more than 30 one-to-one meetings for sponsors and partners, enabling direct business conversations and targeted networking opportunities.

Summit Highlights

As part of the registration process, attendees were asked: “Which area of your MarTech stack would you like to improve?”—providing valuable insight into their key priorities and challenges.

In response, this year’s summit agenda was carefully curated to address those areas of interest, delivering practical guidance and expert perspectives on topics including Marketing Analytics, Content Marketing, Performance & Attribution, Marketing Automation, Campaign Execution, and more.

Our aim was to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in these focus areas and beyond. By aligning the content with their core interests, we ensured that every attendee left with relevant, actionable insights, making their summit experience both impactful and worthwhile.

Lead Generation and Customer Eco-system

On the area of performance and attribution, a dedicated panel explored lead generation, focusing on the role of campaigns, channels, and content in driving results.

During the session, panellists engaged the audience with a live poll: “Which campaign strategy is your team prioritising to drive lead generation in today’s economic climate?” The responses revealed a strong focus on targeted audience segmentation, along with a strategic emphasis on both paid and organic online media campaigns.

Key Takeaways from the Lead Generation Panel

  • Clara So, Former Global Director, Performance Marketing, Leading HR Services Company – Firmographic fit helps identify target accounts, but intent and readiness determine engagement. Start by building awareness with ICPs, then scale with personalised, omnichannel outreach aligned to buyer signals.
  • David Tse, Vice President, Analytics, Top-Tier Asset Management Firm – In niche B2B markets, strong marketing-sales alignment is key. CRM tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator help improve conversions and ROI, ensuring each dollar targets qualified leads.
  • Alexander Michaelson, Partnerships & Community Manager APAC, Kinsta – Post-campaign analysis is essential. Reviewing what worked—and being open to surprises, helps teams iterate, adapt, and improve future results through data-driven learning.

We also hosted a panel focused on the customer ecosystem, closely tied to marketing analytics and performance marketing.

During the session, attendees responded to a word cloud prompt: “What’s the first word that comes to mind when you think of a customer-centric ecosystem?” Personalisation emerged as the leading theme, with seamless customer experience also standing out as a key priority.

Additional Speaker Highlights

  • Wee Lee Loh, Group Chief Digital & yuu Rewards Officer, DFI Retail Group – DFI is enhancing its omnichannel strategy to make shopping easier, more enjoyable, and relevant—seamlessly connecting online and in-store experiences to meet evolving customer expectations.
  • Sahin Uzun, Director, Sales & eCommerce, Reckitt – While many focus on future trends, it’s equally vital to understand what won’t change. Building expertise around enduring consumer behaviours creates long-term value.

Personalisation and Content Marketing

Naturally, personalisation took centre stage in our panel on “Refining Hyper-Personalisation with Dynamic Content in Individualised Marketing,” which explored how tailored content strategies can drive deeper engagement and relevance across the customer journey.

Further Speaker Insights

  • Alice Franklin, Director, Brand & Content, Carlyle & Co. – Content impact depends on clarity of brand and business goals. Reassess these boldly every six months to ensure your personalisation efforts remain sharp and effective across the marketing ecosystem.
  • Jess Cheng, CEO & Co-founder, CHARGESPOT – Personalisation is dynamic—shaped by user behaviour and cultural trends. At CHARGESPOT, we integrate insights across both our app and 5,000+ offline stations, turning real-world usage into strategic action and business growth.
  • Laura Trevini, APAC Marketing Lead, Project & Development Services, JLL – In B2B, hyper-personalisation succeeds by identifying key ‘decision journey moments’. Targeting 3–5 critical touchpoints with precise, relevant content helps build confidence, accelerate buying, and drive impact with smarter data use.

In-summit Roundtable

We hosted our signature in-summit roundtable session, [Incrementality] Unlocking the Impact of Your Marketing Efforts, providing attendees with a collaborative space to exchange perspectives and engage in peer-to-peer discussion around measuring marketing effectiveness.

Neil Patel

This year, we were honoured to welcome renowned guest speaker Neil Patel, who delivered the opening keynote titled [Unified Regional Journeys] Breaking Barriers, Building Brands: How Modern MarTech Drives Growth in Hong Kong. His session set the tone for the summit, offering strategic insights into how MarTech innovation fuels regional brand expansion.

Neil Patel also led an engaging workshop titled [Next-Gen MarTech] Scaling Personalisation and ROI with AI-Powered MarTech, which combined a practical presentation with an interactive worksheet, open dialogue, and group discussion—offering attendees hands-on strategies to elevate their MarTech performance.
