Summit Highlights: Core Pillars of 2026
Our agenda was meticulously crafted around the pressing challenges identified by Jakarta’s marketing community: Marketing Automation, Content Strategy, Omnichannel Orchestration, and Experience-led Growth

1. Strategic Campaign Foundations
The summit opened with a focus on “Smarter, Not Cheaper” consumer behaviour in Indonesia.
- Ivon Liesmana (UNIQLO) emphasized that every campaign must start with a real daily problem before aligning content, offer, and stock.
- Bharat M Buxani (99 Group) challenged marketers to move beyond “wow” campaigns, noting that consistency and small tweaks often yield more sustainable wins than massive 360-degree activations.

2. Experience-Led Growth & Emotional CX
A recurring theme was the shift from functional journeys to emotional impact.
- Mia Al Maidah (Former Amerta Indah Otsuka) reminded us: “People may forget what you said… but they will always remember how you made them feel“.
- Priscillia Angelina (JAPFA Food) introduced the “DENGER” framework: Listen, Understand emotions, Act quickly, and Keep improving.
- Yeti Noviana (Darya-Varia Laboratoria) highlighted that decisions are driven by confidence and trust, not just scientific data.

During the summit, we asked our attendees: “Where is your CX strategy currently leaning?”. The results revealed a clear industry trend toward balancing operational needs with emotional resonance.

This data perfectly complements the session insights from Priscillia Angelina (JAPFA Food), who emphasized that emotion-led CX is not about choosing between efficiency and connection, but balancing both
3. Omnichannel & Social 3.0
The definition of “being everywhere” has evolved into “being where it matters.”
- Yahya Apristianto (Alibaba.com) argued that winning brands own the moments, not just the channels.
- Anisa Esa Riani (Bank MAS) defined omnichannel as the continuity between human and digital touchpoints, prioritizing trust over trends.
- Fanny Verona (LINE Indonesia) shared a modern behavior model: “Scroll – Watch – Chat – Buy,” emphasizing a seamless flow where interaction and conversion happen within the same conversation.
4. Automation with Empathy
Automation is no longer just about efficiency; it’s about intelligence and restraint.
- Muhammad Rasyid Aqmar (Bank Syariah Indonesia) stated that automation must start with empathy to close the gap between data and impact.
- Agnestesia Putri Aryani (Kalbe Group) offered a vital reminder: “It’s not about sending more. It’s about knowing when to hold back” to avoid adding to the digital noise.
- Danu Prasetyo (Erajaya Swasembada) recommended focusing on churn signals (like missed purchases) to improve LTV before chasing new acquisition.

5. Trust, Sustainability, and Brand Essence
- Tika Sylvia (Koltiva) stressed that in sustainability, trust is built through proof, not promises, requiring auditable data to avoid “greenwashing”.
- Yosua Tanuwiria (Pluang) discussed the “Trust-Growth Paradox,” staying consistent in security while speaking the “dialects” of diverse sub-cultures like Gen Z crypto fans.
We also took a deep dive into the technical hurdles facing Jakarta’s marketers by asking: “Where is your CRM data currently ‘breaking’ the most?”

These findings highlight the urgent need for the “empathy-led” automation discussed by Muhammad Rasyid Aqmar (Bank Syariah Indonesia), which aims to close the gap between raw data, insight, and meaningful action.
Unique Summit Experience
This year’s Sip, Snack, Social hour proved essential, allowing attendees to network while waiting for Jakarta’s traffic to subside. Our themed photo backdrops were a hit, capturing the vibrant energy of the community.
