To better understand the hesitance some organisations have around using CMSs, we commissioned a survey in June 2023 to determine the state of CMS in the financial services industry (FSI), with questions covering subjects such as integration, efficiency, localisation, and security and regulation.

We surveyed 254 heads of marketing working in the banking, financial services, insurance, reinsurance, and wealth management sectors across the UK.
